2. Return Process

Email service@vahory.com with your order number, product name, and reason for return.

After approval, return the item using a trackable shipping service. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error.

3. Refund Processing

• Returned items will be inspected.

• Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

• Processing time depends on your bank or payment provider.

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return results from our mistake.

4. Defective or Wrong Items
